Main Responsibilities: Saturate the business through Channel Partners, Master Dealers, IT Retailers and Electrical Distributors / Retailers. Ensuring that APC has the highest share in the accountable channel accounts and to animate the right offer based on the channel characteristic with focus on business priorities such as Hero Offer, Top Line and Profitability

Sales Focus

  • To meet the country sell-thru sales target through the accountable channel partners in the assigned territory.
  • To achieve year on year growth of Secure Power business through the assigned channel partners.
  • To analyze sales penetration of the channel partners from end-to-end aspects: S/I, S/O, Inventory and end user sales when applicable.
  • To support the Head of Channel and Head of Business in providing close to accurate partner profiling and information.
  • To grow the number of active stores or partners in the assigned territory
  • To maintain the assigned territory market dominance and to identify competitor movements that could possibly trigger decline in market dominance for APC.
  • To work with Channel Sell Out Manager to drive effective activations to support the growth of APC business in the key potential partners

Process Focus

  • Ensuring all compliance as highest priority related to administration, program communication and marketing investments.
  • To manage sales cadence towards respective accountable accounts to ensure Sell In and Sell Out are aligned and to identify immediate issues in channel inventory movement.
  • Communicate timely and clearly on any internal initiatives (Products, Programs, Campaigns)
  • Adapt and executes the Channel growth actions plan
  • Increase share of Schneider in Channel through various initiatives i.e. Programs & Activations.
  • Support and manage the customers portfolio (Customer Acquisitions and Retentions)
  • Follow and review the Sales achievements against target and action plans

What is required to make you successful for this role

  • Min. of 3 years sales experience in IT Distribution and consumer segment retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills
  • Experience in problem solving skills, finding, and executing solutions to difficult or complex issues with fairness and respects to parties involved.
  • Strong administration and analytical skills
  • Capability to use tools to actively and effectively supports day to day operation.
