Role Description The Tentor Les Private Matematika - Fisika - Kimia - Biologi at Bimbel LEARN is a part-time hybrid role based in Surabaya, with a combination of in-person sessions and some work-from-home flexibility. The tutor is responsible for planning and delivering clear, structured lessons in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for SMP and SMA students. Day-to-day tasks include preparing teaching materials, explaining concepts in an accessible way, guiding students through exercises, and monitoring their progress. The tutor will also adapt teaching strategies to individual student needs, provide feedback on assignments, and communicate with parents or guardians when necessary to discuss academic development. The role requires reliability, strong subject mastery, and a supportive attitude toward students learning journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong mastery of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at SMP and SMA levels, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

• Basic Laboratory Skills and familiarity with Microbiology concepts to support practical explanations in science subjects when relevant.

• Availability to teach on a part-time schedule, including after-school hours and weekends as needed, with readiness to work in a hybrid setup in Surabaya.
