Role Description

This is a full-time contract, on-site role for a Tenant Design Officer, based in Cibubur. The Tenant Design Officer is responsible for overseeing tenant design coordination and ensuring all interior and exterior works align with mall standards, technical requirements, and company regulations. This role requires close coordination with tenants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, SOPs, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review interior and exterior areas of the mall, including facilities and infrastructure-related works
• Conduct site inspections, supervision, and field surveys to ensure project progress meets company targets
• Coordinate and lead meetings/briefings with site teams regarding ongoing and approved drawings
• Review and ensure on-site work complies with approved working drawings
• Ensure all technical works related to TDC & Leasing departments are executed in accordance with company SOPs and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design, minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or related field
• Proficient in layout drawing and 3D design development
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3DS Max, or other relevant architectural software
• Experience in project management
• Detail-oriented, strong coordination skills, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
