Job Description

Assisting apartment buyers with customization requests and guiding them throughout the tenant-change process
Drafting requested changes, preparing price quotes and payment requests, and following up on payments
Supporting project managers, scheduling meetings, and handling additional administrative tasks

Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Experience with AutoCAD – required
Ability to read architectural plans – required
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office – required
Practical Architectural Engineer with at least four years of experience in tenant modifications – required
Knowledge of electromechanical systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, smart-home systems, and more
