We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Import Officer for a 6-month contract to join our vibrant Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of our globally sourced ingredients and products.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Orchestrating the Import Process: Monitor lead times (DTP, PTP, PTD) across all divisions, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Maximizing Duty Savings: Secure FTA Forms and manage the duty reduction process.
- Financial Accuracy: Verify freight billing, reconcile rates, and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Document Management: Obtain and manage crucial import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and FTA Forms.
- Compliance & Efficiency: Conduct PIB checks, confirm documentation, arrange duty payments and replenishments, ensuring full compliance with regulations
You Have
- 1-3 years of experience navigating the complexities of import management within a multinational environment.
- A solid grasp of import/export procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with global partners.
- A proactive and responsive approach, anticipating challenges and resolving them efficiently.
