Executes sales offering activities for company products via phone (telesales) to achieve specified sales targets in compliance with applicable procedures, SOPs, quality service standards, and company policies.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Marketing or Communication preferred).
Fresh Graduates are welcome, or minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Call Center.
Basic understanding of multifinance business, motorcycle financing products, and company sales policies.
Computer literate (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM) with strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, detail-oriented, service-minded, and capable of handling customer objections.
Willing to be placed at Perum Wredo Manunggal Mukti A-03 RT 24 RW 16, Jl. Ring Road Utara, Ngropoh, Condongcatur, Kec. Depok, Kabupaten Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta 55281.
