Telesales Quality Control Intern:
Job Description:
- Contact potential or existing leads to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Generate new customers for the company as well as passing higher usage leads to Business Development team
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major (last year University students are also welcomed)
- Having prior experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs) and financial product is a plus but not required
- Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Good sales ability and ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback
