Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote clinic services, treatments, and packages.
  • Generate appointments and convert leads into customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell clinic services to maximize revenue.
  • Follow up with existing and inactive customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales and appointment booking targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or service industries is an advantage.
