JOB DESCRIPTION
EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and looking for Telesales Consultant who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who will be responsible for penetrating the non-Jakarta/Surabaya Market through an online approach, selling EF Online products. You will work with the Telesales Consultant team to deliver the best consultation experience to our respective customers and help them facilitate the product that suits their needs the most.
Responsibilites
- Provide complete information on all EF English Courses (online products) and comprehensive consultations to prospective students,
- Full responsibility of the end-to-end process from calling leads to closing the deal,
- Working closely with other departments to provide the best learning experience for our customers,
- Building positive long-term relationships with customers.
- Meeting monthly targets given by company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in telesales (B2C), preferably in the service industry,
- Fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply
- Familiar with zoom/teams/other virtual online meeting platforms,
- Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa (speaking and writing),
- Excellent in doing online presentations,
- Have the ability to work in a team,
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented,
- Have a learning attitude and take an active part in any initiatives in team development.

EF EFEKTA English for Adults is a division of EF. Since 1986 in Indonesia, we have been serving various segments of language students. Currently, we have English centers in Jakarta and Surabaya, and online classes nationwide, focusing on the needs of adult learners. Our programs offer small group classes, both online and offline, as well as Hyperclass, an immersive way to learn and practice English.
