Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers who are actively seeking information about our financial loan products and services.
Your main focus is to close sales from incoming leads while delivering outstanding customer service.
Use your customer service skills, including empathy and problem-solving, to address customer concerns and handle objections effectively until the transaction is successfully closed.
Provide detailed and persuasive information tailored to customer needs to support their purchasing decisions.
Accurately record and track all interactions and sales status in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing.
Experience in financial loan services is highly preferred.
Highly motivated by sales targets and has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian, with a professional and persuasive tone.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain motivated even when facing rejection.
Able to handle customer objections and close transactions effectively.
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) preferred.
