Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Customer Reception:
  • Responsible for handling and inviting online leads.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via WhatsApp chats or phone calls to achieve appointment targets.

2. Resource Allocation:

  • Allocate appointment resources efficiently.
  • Distribute resources to designated Learning Center CCs (Course Consultants) according to the type of customer appointments and provide detailed explanations.

3. Data Management:

  • Timely and accurate data recording.
  • Accurately record customer information and communication details, manage customer tags on WhatsApp, and generate weekly work reports to support the optimization of ad strategies.

4. Performance Follow-up:

  • Track appointment results and assist with secondary invitations.
  • Follow up on whether appointments result in sign-ups and collaborate with CCs to support additional follow-ups.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 2 year of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields. Experience in the education industry is preferred.
  2. Bachelor Degree
  3. Strong goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in WhatsApp and common office software.
  4. Must be able to communicate in English.
  5. Placement : Pluit, North Jakarta
