Job Responsibilities
- Customer Reception:
- Responsible for handling and inviting online leads.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via WhatsApp chats or phone calls to achieve appointment targets.
2. Resource Allocation:
- Allocate appointment resources efficiently.
- Distribute resources to designated Learning Center CCs (Course Consultants) according to the type of customer appointments and provide detailed explanations.
3. Data Management:
- Timely and accurate data recording.
- Accurately record customer information and communication details, manage customer tags on WhatsApp, and generate weekly work reports to support the optimization of ad strategies.
4. Performance Follow-up:
- Track appointment results and assist with secondary invitations.
- Follow up on whether appointments result in sign-ups and collaborate with CCs to support additional follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields. Experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in WhatsApp and common office software.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
