Telemarketing

We are looking for confident, energetic Sales Development Representatives / Appointment Setters / Telemarketers to join our Bali-based sales team and support our Australian business operations. You will contact Australian businesses, introduce our digital and technology services, identify potential opportunities, and book qualified appointments for our Australian sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Australian businesses

- Introduce our services professionally and confidently

- Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities

- Book qualified appointments for the sales team

- Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and messaging

- Update leads, notes, and activities in our CRM

- Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets

- Participate in daily sales meetings and training

What We're Looking For

- A minimum of one year of experience in telesales, sales, appointment-setting, BPO, or call center

- Excellent spoken English is essential

- Confident communicating with Australian customers

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Comfortable making outbound cold calls

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Basic CRM and computer skills

- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
