Job Description:
As a Telemarketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of telemarketers to achieve individual and team sales targets. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, promoting fintech lending products, and ensuring excellent customer service standards in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the telemarketing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide coaching and regular feedback for improvement.
- Develop call scripts and telemarketing strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Train new team members and provide refresher training for existing staff.
- Ensure proper lead management, including assigning call lists and tracking outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, promotions, and offers.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints when needed.
- Prepare reports on performance metrics, call conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards in financial promotions and customer communication.
- Continuously seek ways to improve call quality, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful campaigns.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Familiar with CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
