Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Control, monitor, and evaluate the teams
  • Ensure the telemarketing agents and team leader are in line with the SOP
  • Responsible for the teams to reach the target
  • Compile documentation regarding operation activity
  • Learn and develop agents performance

Requirements

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Experienced as telemarketing supervisor at least 2 years (Fintech would be preferred)
  • At least experienced in handling 5 team leaders and 75 agents
  • Able to speak English
  • Ability to learn about products and services
  • Willing to adapt and learn more
  • Selling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address the complaints
