Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telemarketing Specialist at St. Gabriel's Pre - University in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales activities to promote the institution's programs and services.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation, Sales, and Communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with enquiries/complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
