Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Depok for a Telemarketing Specialist. Key responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with prospective customers through calls, providing excellent customer support, and fostering positive relationships with clients. Additionally, the Telemarketing Specialist will support sales initiatives by understanding client needs and offering solutions tailored to their requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools is advantageous
