We are currently assisting our client, a Multinational Online Transportation Company to find talents to be part of their Telemarketing Representative in Yogyakarta area
Job Desc :
- Telesales to potential partner, help expand company's growth and support partners growth
- Promoting products over the phone and emails
- Helping users to set up and maintaining good customer relationships
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) Graduate, Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Proven experience as a telesales representative for at least 6 consecutive months (lending company, fintech, online lending industry)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand products and explain them to prospective customers
- Conduct sales ethically, recommending products relevant to user's needs
- Be a self-starter and proactive in managing time and targets
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment
- Minimum able to speak basic English; however, MUST be able to write in English
salary : UMK Yogyakarta 2026
