Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing role based in Kecamatan Kuningan, Jawa Barat. The Telemarketer will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and support sales objectives. Daily tasks include presenting offerings clearly, answering questions, handling basic objections, and recording accurate information in the system. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, following scripts and guidelines, meeting call and conversion targets, and collaborating with the team to improve call quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree in any major, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for clear, confident phone conversations.
• Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support closing opportunities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or call center software.
• Comfort with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Kecamatan Kuningan, Jawa Barat and adhere to scheduled shifts.
