JOB DESCRIPTION

Telemarketing represents the image of EF Adults. You will provide appropriate learning information needed by prospective EF Adults Indonesia students.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to and from prospective students who are looking for learning information about EF Adults through online channels (websites, social media or other media)
• Fulfilling the target of attending consultation invitations per month,
• Meet the target calls per day
• Operating Sales force and Quiros systems for administration in the calling process
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education equivalent to Diploma
• 1 year previous working experience as a call center / telemarketing
• Able to communicate using good and correct Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Willing to work in shifts and on Saturday
• Neat and clean appearance
