Telemarketing Analyst

Job Descriptions :

1. Oversee telemarketing performance and analyze data-driven improvements.
2. Responsible for telemarketing backend system optimization.
3. Develop and optimize telemarketing scripts for better conversions.
4. Synchronize marketing strategies with telemarketing activities.
5. Provide telemarketing product training and problem-handling guidance.
6. Conduct market research and deliver performance insights.
7. Compile and synchronize daily and weekly telemarketing reports.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, telemarketing operations, CRM, or related roles.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
4. Experience in performance monitoring and reporting (KPI, conversion, etc).
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
6. Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally.
7. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
