Dunamis Organization Services is seeking a professional and results-driven Telemarketer to support the growth of our Public Program business. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue generation through structured telesales activities, while ensuring high-quality client engagement and accurate pipeline development.

Role Overview

The Telemarketer is responsible for executing telesales initiatives, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the development of a qualified sales pipeline. The role requires a disciplined, target-oriented individual who can communicate effectively, build rapport with clients, and consistently follow through on sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound telesales activities to promote Public Program offerings to prospective clients
  • Achieve individual revenue and performance targets in alignment with company objectives
  • Maintain and update client and prospect databases with accurate and complete information
  • Identify and document client needs to support further engagement by the sales team
  • Conduct follow-up activities on marketing campaigns, including email outreach
  • Provide clear and professional information regarding program details, schedules, and participation
  • Handle client inquiries and respond appropriately to questions and objections
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective lead management and conversion
  • Ensure proper registration and documentation of participants in accordance with company procedures

Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence client decisions
  • Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work under defined targets
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships
  • Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented in managing client data and follow-up activities
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive client experience
