PT Anugrah Sukses Mining is currently seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a Superintendent - Technical Support. This role plays a critical function in overseeing technical support functions, including operational reporting, project control, monitoring, and technical document management, to ensure accurate data, support decision-making, and achieve production targets in alignment with company goals and complied with regulation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and reliable operational reporting to support production performance
- Work with regulators to ensure compliance with mining regulations, reporting requirements, and permitting processes
- Monitor project control activities, including progress tracking and collaboration with internal teams
- Oversee document control and maintain proper documentation for compliance, audit, and operational needs
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, consultants, and stakeholder to support operations and resolve issues when needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in mining, preferably in technical support, mine planning, or project control, permit & license, mine reporting.
- Strong understanding of mining operations, reporting, and regulation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with mining software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
