About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Technology Workforce Lead to bridge the gap between Human Resources and Technology operations. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the HR team to drive talent development, manage workforce planning, and ensure the IT Division is equipped with the right skills and resources to meet the bank's strategic goals. This position requires a unique blend of IT business acumen and HR expertise to foster a high-performance culture within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development & Training Strategy
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute comprehensive IT talent development programs
- Partner with HR to design, implement, and oversee the annual training plan for the IT Division.
- Work alongside HR to develop and maintain a robust skills-to-job mapping framework for the IT Division
Workforce Planning & Recruitment
- Collaborate with HR to monitor and report on the execution of the IT Division's annual manpower planning, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and contract extension processes for IT outsourced resources.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance oversight and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for external IT talent.
Performance Management & Engagement
- Consolidate KPIs for the IT Division and coordinate the performance review process
- Coordinate and manage engagement initiatives, such as townhalls, team outings, and informal gatherings.
- Serve as the primary divisional communication lead for bank-wide events
Governance, Reporting & Administration
- Own and manage the bank-wide user access review platform and oversee the IT Division's internal reporting platforms
- Supportthe Change Approval Committee, supporting governance frameworks, maintaining documentation, and coordinating meeting logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling both IT and HR business processes.
- Having background in IT operations and Human Capital Management are highly preferred.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR functions.
- Experience in vendor management and contract administration for IT resources.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: PMP, SHRM, or relevant HR/IT certifications are a plus.
