Job Description
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QA, QC, and Laboratory functions.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in Quality Control (QC) systems within a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Having experience in QA audit systems.
- Having strong knowledge of Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal, and other applicable standards)
- SPC (Statistical Process Control) certification/training with practical experience in manufacturing process monitoring and improvement.
- Willing to be placed at PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya (a member of Samora Group), Cilegon, Banten.
- Control the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and by-products.
- Manage the procurement of chemicals and operational materials.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of refining reports.
- Issue COAs for finished sugar products and final molasses, and ROAs for raw sugar and in-process materials.
- Prepare performance and auxiliary material consumption reports to ensure that operational processes run normally, effectively, and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and product returns.
- Analyze and resolve quality, food safety, and supply chain issues.
- Evaluate product, process, and packaging developments prior to implementation.
