Technical Manager – Data & Analytics

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Manager – Data & Analytics to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions. This role will be responsible for managing a team of data engineers and BI developers while driving execution of scalable data platforms that support advisory, investments, portfolio management, risk, compliance, and client reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Engineering & Delivery:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Implement ETL/ELT processes for structured and semi-structured data.
• Develop and support data models, reporting layers, and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.
• Platform & Architecture Support
• Support Azure-based data ecosystem and Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Work closely with architects on data solutions across platforms.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
• Manage task allocation and project delivery timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met.

Technical Expertise:

• Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Databricks, SQL, Azure

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years experience in data engineering.
• 2–4 years leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
