Technology Facility & Platform Leader
- Responsible for performing system configuration and UNIX server installation and configuration, including Linux, Solaris, AIX, AS400, and Mainframe z/OS environments.
- Accountable for conducting capacity planning, providing problem support through log analysis, and performing in-depth troubleshooting to identify root causes (RCA Root Cause Analysis).
- Manage patch implementation across Production, Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), and Development environments to ensure system stability, availability, and optimal performance in supporting Maybank Indonesia's operational activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in UNIX/Linux system administration within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in UNIX Server installation and configuration (Linux, Solaris, AIX, AS400, Mainframe z/OS).
- Proven experience in system configuration, patch management, and capacity planning in Production and Disaster Recovery environments.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with experience in log analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) operations and high-availability systems.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and enterprise server architecture.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
