Technician

Job Description Summary:

Support the Electrical Officer and Foreman in carrying out daily equipment maintenance and repair activities to ensure the reliability and smooth operation of production equipment in accordance with technical and safety standards.

Job Description:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical equipment.

• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic instrumentation and industrial equipment.

• Perform basic testing and calibration using appropriate test equipment and industrial controllers.

• Identify and report equipment issues and support repair activities as required.

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to support equipment maintenance.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant working area.

• Support the team in ensuring reliable equipment performance and smooth production operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SMK/Diploma (D3), preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

• Experience in equipment maintenance or electrical/electronic maintenance is preferred.

• Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.

• Able to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

• Able to read and understand electrical or mechanical drawings.
