Technician Process & Quality Testing

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate between production and quality functions to ensure smooth handover from process to testing stage.
2. Ensure production output meets quality standards before submission to the next process or final inspection.
3. Participate in Kaizen, SOP review, and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
4. Mentor junior technicians on both process operation and testing procedures.
5. Support new product introduction (NPI) by executing process trials and conducting performance tests.

Qualifications:

1. Education : D3/D4 Teknik Mesin or Teknik Elektro
2. Experience : Min. 2 years in manufacturing (battery/electronics preferred)
3. Skills : Able to read technical drawings & wiring diagrams.
4. Tools : Familiar with measuring tools (multimeter, caliper, micrometer)
5. Language: Able to speak english
