Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine monitoring of kitchen equipment, water systems, and electrical systems within the designated outlets
  • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the proper functioning of the outlet.
  • Document issues and maintenance work performed, maintaining detailed records.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to a vocational high school diploma (SMK).Experience as Technicians for multi-outlet F&B operations.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems (piping, electricity, gas systems) and kitchen equipment (fryers, burners, freezers, hot displays, bain-marie, etc.).
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
