As a Technician Engineer, you will support the smooth daily operations of Alila Solo by maintaining facilities and equipment to ensure a comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.
The Technician Engineer is responsible for conducting routine maintenance, assisting with repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing areas of the property.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technician/Engineer in a hotel, building maintenance, or similar field
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Able to perform troubleshooting, minor repairs, and daily maintenance tasks
- Detailoriented with strong technical, organizational, and timemanagement skills
- Able to respond to urgent requests and work efficiently under pressure
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
