Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities**
- Conduct preventative maintenance on various mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems according to established schedules and procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, parts, and systems.
- Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure accurate performance and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production operators as needed.
Job Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training or a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in the palm oil or related industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required.
