Create, edit, and maintain various types of technical documentation, ensuring the language used is clear, concise, and suitable for the intended audience.
Present complex technical information in an organized and logical structure, using visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, or tables to support understanding.
Ensure all technical documents remain accurate and up-to-date in line with ongoing product or service developments.
Manage document version control and maintain consistency across multiple document types and platforms.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Testers, and Developers to gather insights, verify accuracy, and align documentation with system functionality and design.
Review and standardize existing documentation to ensure alignment with company standards and style guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software development or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts in IT systems.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Notion, or Markdown editors.
Experience using visualization tools (e.g., Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Figma) to create diagrams and process flows.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
