Position Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring high operational availability and stability for IT support. The position will deliver exceptional IT support services to employees and provide 24-hour coverage for computer systems—either on-site or remotely—based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the availability and stability of IT support operations.
Provide high-level IT support to employees, including 24/7 coverage as required.
Serve as a helpdesk in the absence of a Helpdesk Officer—receive user issues, take follow-up actions via the MIS Helpdesk system, and ensure optimal IT operations.
Coordinate with and assist HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and service delivery.

Qualifications

Willing to be placed at Citeureup factory with shift schedule pattern
Bachelor in Computer Science or Information System from reputable university (GPA min 3.0)
Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience
Required possess good knowledge skill and understanding of both Server Network Infrastructure and Client Network Infrastructure.
Well-versed in business processes and the implementation of application systems
Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations, earning the trust of colleagues and management, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and collaborating effectively within a team
High Integrity, honest and a pleasant personality
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, are mandatory
