Role Summary

The Technical Leader is responsible for driving the team's technical direction, ensuring infrastructure stability, and overseeing cloud technology implementation. This role balances deep hands-on technical expertise in SRE/DevOps with managerial capabilities to develop the team and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of secure, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Ensure service availability (uptime) and optimal database performance.
• Oversee DevOps process standardization across the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of emerging technologies that can improve team productivity or system efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR/Management in technical team recruitment and performance evaluation processes.

SRE & DevOps Expertise:

Strong background as an SRE or DevOps Engineer. Proficient in managing containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) and CI/CD automation.

DBA Knowledge:

Solid understanding of database administration (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL), including data security, scalability, and high availability strategies.

Cloud Proficiency:

Extensive experience managing architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Professional certifications such as GCP Professional Cloud Architect are highly preferred.
