Job Description

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance, product knowledge support, and training programs to dealers, service teams, and internal stakeholders. This role helps improve service capability, resolve technical issues, and ensure consistent technical standards across operations. Basic understanding of EV products and technology is preferred.

Key Responsibility

  • Provide technical support for vehicle products, diagnostics, and repair-related issues.
  • Assist dealers and service teams in troubleshooting technical cases and field concerns.
  • Deliver technical training programs for technicians, service advisors, and related teams.
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, and technical bulletins.
  • Support product launches, technical campaigns, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and HQ teams regarding escalated technical issues.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and technical case trends for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on technical support activities and training progress.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Basic understanding of EV technology, battery systems, and charging concepts is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel for dealer visits and training activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
