Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of internet services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new solutions and improve existing systems.
Document and track support requests using our ticketing system.
Educate clients on best practices for network usage and security.
Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
