Job Description

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Onboarding klien
  • Menjelaskan timeline project
  • Memandu pengisian data klien untuk development AI
  • Update progress development ke klien
  • Training dashboard Malika ke tim klien
  • Integrasi Malika ke platfrom Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), Livechat, atau Tokopedia
  • Pencatatan data langganan klien
  • Troubleshooting dan support issue dari klien
  • Update status penggunaan AI di dashboard klien

Kualifikasi:

  • Familiar dengan platform Meta (Business manager, ads manager)
  • Terbiasa dengan SaaS atau pernah bekerja di perusahaan SaaS sebelumnya
  • Memiliki basic pengetahuan tentang AI / Agent AI
  • Menguasai Google Spreadsheet / Python prefered
  • Cakap berkomunikasi
  • Problem solving
  • Teamwork
