Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system and networks.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical customer support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Ready to be mobile from one place to another place
  • Measure service satisfaction levels
  • Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
  • Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting
  • Providing guidance needed to IT Support Team
  • Maintain deployment and versioning of application

Requirements

  • At least 1-year of experience as Support Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with database engines such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving, written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
