Role Description The Technical Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cikupa. This role is responsible for providing technical support to internal and customers, including pipeline aftersales handling. The Technical Support Engineer will respond to support tickets, phone calls, and in-person requests, documenting issues and solutions clearly. They will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems, assist with product setup and configuration, and contribute to knowledge base materials. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with users.
