Job description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support and be able to provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility:-

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and networks.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on desktop applications and systems.

Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions for technical issues.

Develop and maintain documentation of desktop support procedures and processes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in desktop support.

Job Requirements:-

Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Experience with desktop hardware, including troubleshooting and repairing issues.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
