Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for training and providing MVD, PLC, HMI, SERVO, technical support to regional sales personnel and distributors;

2. Responsible for receiving overseas distributor clients, providing technical support at trade shows, and offering technical support during client visits;

3. Responsible for reviewing tender documents and configuring solutions for overseas distributors;

4. Responsible for editing and compiling product technical documentation in English.

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant product technical support experience Medium Voltage Drives, PLC, HMI, Servo etc.

2. Professional customer response skills and excellent communication and coordination abilities;

3. Strong teamwork spirit and collaborative attitude;

4. Excellent spoken English skills.
