  1. Design, develop, and implement new features or enhancements for company applications.
  2. Perform debugging and bug fixing based on reported issue tickets.
  3. Conduct unit testing to ensure code runs smoothly prior to deployment in the production environment.
  4. Optimize application performance and ensure code scalability and stability.
  5. Handle escalated technical issues from L1 support that require in-depth analysis or backend/database access.
  6. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and provide permanent solutions.
  7. Assist users with installation, configuration, and usage of complex application features.
  8. Manage support tickets using a ticketing system (Bugzilla) in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  9. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Technical Documentation and User Manuals/Knowledge Base.
  10. Collaborate with the Product Team or Senior Developers to enhance user experience and overall application quality.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT Banking industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
  4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  5. Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  6. Experience with Git version control and server environments.
