Technical Staff

Role Description This full-time Technical Staff (MEP & Maintenance) role is an on-site position located in Colomadu at Spesial Soto Boyolali Hj Hesti. The Technical Staff member will be responsible for day-to-day technical operations, focusing on the maintenance, monitoring, and installation of kitchen equipment and restaurant utility systems.

The role includes ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation (HVAC) systems, diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues, and performing routine inspections. You will also coordinate with external vendors or service providers for advanced repairs and collaborate with the restaurant operational team to ensure a safe, reliable, and smooth environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Deep understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, gas safety standards, and ventilation/ducting systems.
• Proficiency in handling electrical systems (panel routing, load grouping, and general wiring).
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with external service providers and operational teams.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Colomadu, manage multiple maintenance tasks, and respond quickly to urgent technical issues.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and an uncompromising commitment to workplace safety (K3).
• Previous experience in a technical support, MEP, or facility maintenance role—preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry—is highly advantageous.
