We're seeking a Technical Specialist who can own mid-level automation builds and integrations across multiple client workflows. This role goes beyond fixing bugs, it's about building reliable systems, solving integration challenges with clarity, and championing operational excellence through technical precision. Role Objectives:

  • Technical Scoping & Integration Planning: Independently scope mid-complexity workflows involving Salesable, Go High Level, and 3rd-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom). Plan automation logic, estimate effort, and align integration flow with campaign needs.
  • End-to-End Workflow Execution: Build and deploy multi-step automations with minimal supervision. Configure advanced triggers, integrate external systems, and set up test environments to ensure reliability before go-live.
  • System Optimization & SOP Standardization: Document known issues, refine existing workflows, and propose technical SOPs to reduce repeated errors and speed up deployment. Your focus will improve automation reliability and reduce future support load.
  • Client Communication & Tech Translation: Interface with internal teams and mid-level clients to explain API requirements or workflow logic in clear, sim

Requirements:

  • Experience with GHL is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years in technical support, automation, CRM implementation, or martech integration roles.
  • Proficient in tools like Go High Level, Salesable, Zapier, WhatsApp API, Zoom integrations.
  • Skilled in scoping workflows, managing automation logic, and troubleshooting failed executions.
  • Clear and simple communicatorable to explain tech to non-tech stakeholders.
  • Organized and analytical; capable of planning ahead, tracking issues, and closing tasks independently.
  • Experience writing or maintaining tech SOPs and sandbox testing workflows is an advantage.
