Technical Services Specialist

Job Description :

• Lead the team in gathering requirements/information from the sales team.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards,
• Provide coaching to technical staff.
• Prepare and ensure the completeness of technical documentation.
• Supervise engineering, design, and solution development processes.
• Ensure compliance with national and international technical standards.
• Conduct technical presentations to clients and related parties.
• Monitor resource usage and project budget.
• Identify technical risks and implement preventive solutions.
• Act as the main liaison between the technical team and other divisions.
• Contribute to the companys Research & Development strategy.
• Build a productive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Experienced in project work, capable of preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and estimating project value.
• Proficient in understanding technical documents, including SOPs and other supporting documents.
• Skilled in creating technical plans and daily technical reports.
• Strong communication skills with various departments.
• Preferably experienced in water treatment, filtration, and related processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to make quick decisions and work under pressure.
• Willing to travel for projects.
• Proficient in English.
• Possess a valid Class A driving license.
