TECHNICAL SERVICE STAFF AH MAKASSAR

Job Summary**

Provide technical support and service for animal health products and solutions to customers in the Makassar region, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities**

• Conduct on-site technical visits to customer farms to assess animal health conditions and identify potential issues.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on animal health management, disease prevention, and treatment protocols.
• Educate customers on the proper use, dosage, and benefits of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's animal health products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance or application.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of animal health programs tailored to customer needs.
• Collect and analyze data related to animal health, product efficacy, and customer feedback.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation on farm visits, recommendations, and problem resolutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product promotion and customer acquisition efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new animal health technologies, and competitor activities.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical service role within the animal health or livestock industry.
• Strong understanding of animal physiology, diseases, nutrition, and farm management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Makassar region.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
