Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Lampung. This role is responsible for promoting and selling PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa's agricultural products and solutions to customers within the region, providing technical support, and building strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products in the Lampung region.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, as well as maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients, highlighting the features and benefits of PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa's offerings.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, assisting them in selecting appropriate products and troubleshooting any issues.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer needs, and report findings to management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote company products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, or a Veterinary.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven technical sales experience in the Poultry sector, preferably with knowledge of Lampung's market.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products, farming practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Lampung region.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Lampung.
