Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Sales Medical role located in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. The Technical Sales will be responsible for driving sales of laboratory instruments, reagents, and consumables by creating and delivering engaging product presentations and technical support to customers. The Technical Sales will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description

• Identify market potential and develop sales strategies.
• Conduct customer visits, assess needs, and offer solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and maintain client relationships.
• Process orders, coordinate with admin, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and achieve targets.
• Office Location: Surabaya, Jawa Timur

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
• Experienced as laboratory sales or similar role is a plus point, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of lab instruments and workflows.
• Target-oriented, attractive with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills
• Effective communication, negotiation, influencing and collaborative networking skills
• Has valid driving license (SIM A&C) and willing to travel
