Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Sales Medical role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Technical Sales Medical will be responsible for driving sales of laboratory instruments, reagents, and consumables by creating and delivering engaging product presentations and technical support to customers. The Technical Sales Medical will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description

• Identify market potential and develop sales strategies.
• Conduct customer visits, assess needs, and offer solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and maintain client relationships.
• Process orders, coordinate with admin, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and achieve targets.
• Office Location: Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
• Experienced as laboratory/healthcare/medical sales is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and persuasive.
• Knowledge of lab instruments/workflows is an advantage.
• Owns SIM A/C and willing to travel.
• Fluent in English.
