Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager or Presales Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills to drive cloud security solutions and end point security across Indonesia's enterprise market. You'll be instrumental in translating complex security requirements into tailored solutions while supporting our sales cycle from discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing deployment capabilities across cloud and endpoint environments
  • Design and present integrated security solutions addressing cloud, endpoint, and threat detection requirements
  • Collaborate with prospects technical teams to validate security requirements across hybrid infrastructures
  • Assess client security posture across cloud infrastructure, endpoint devices, and network environments
  • Develop comprehensive security assessments covering CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, DSPM, endpoint protection, and XDR capabilities
  • Create technical proposals outlining integrated security implementations from cloud to endpoint
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Indonesia PDP Policy)
  • Drive technical sales cycles from initial discovery through contract closure

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud security platforms, endpoint protection, and threat detection tools
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Asian cloud providers
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security solutions, EDR/XDR platforms, and threat hunting methodologies
  • Expertise in vulnerability management, container security, Kubernetes environments, and endpoint threat detection
  • Experience with incident response workflows, and security orchestration
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or XDR solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding technical sales quotas in integrated security solutions
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills for technical audiences covering cloud-to-endpoint security

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with security solutions across cloud and endpoint environments
  • Previous work with multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures including endpoint management
  • Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements and data protection laws
  • Existing relationships within Indonesian enterprise IT and security community
